Rates are per night, VAT and service included. City tax: €1.30/day/person We do not accept pets. Our hotel is non-smoking. Our hotel is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Check-in time: from 4:00 PM Check-out time: until 11:00 AM In the event of a no-show, the first night of the stay will be charged. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the date of arrival (card number, expiration date, and security code). Accepted credit cards: Visa – Mastercard – American Express The establishment reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on a certain amount on your credit card prior to your arrival in order to guarantee your reservation. Upon check-in, you will be required to present a photo ID as well as the credit card used to make the reservation. The name on the credit card must match the name of the person who made the booking. We accept payment by cheque.

Right of Withdrawal: The customer is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for under Article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of the booked rate specify the terms for cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.

Dispute Resolution: After contacting the customer service department, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 30 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator (Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage), whose contact details and referral procedures are available on their website: www.mtv.travel.
